I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 11 years of expereince working as a licensed mental health professional. I have worked in all areas of Mental & Behavioral health providing therapy for children, adolescents, adults, seniors and veterans. I have expereince working with diverse populations in the home, office and community settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, mood disorders, trauma, autism and ADHD. My clinical approach is a holistic approach, I believe that to treat a person, you must treat the whole person not just a disorder. I believe in integrating a variety of different theories and interventions in treatment. My therapy style is warm, direct, and interactive.
