Hello and welcome! My name is Kathy Ronek and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for the state of Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the state of Missouri. I aim to assist clients achieve their desired outcomes through compassion, support, and encouragement. I use evidence-based counseling techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Solution Focused, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychoeducation to help clients gain insights and reach their own personal goals.
