I am dually licensed in both Wyoming and Florida with 7 years of experience working with a variety of populations from children to the geriatric population. I have worked with clients with a wide range of struggles including anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, parenting and trauma and abuse. My counseling style is a holistic and integrative approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness with spirituality. My counseling environment is a calm, peaceful space where we can work together to find your happiness. I believe each person should be respected in a non-judging space and met with understanding, compassion and warmth. Much like physical health, there is no quick fix. I believe working on mental health takes time and consistency. I believe that the relationship between the client and therapist is a key component to success and finding that “right fit” can sometimes be challenging!
