Hello, my name is Katie Hepner and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have been in the field for 13 years and I am currently working as a school counselor. For the last few years, I have worked in the private practice sector specializing in individuals that struggle with depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions and parent/child relationships. Being a breast cancer survivor, I also have experience and insight into what it means to have cancer and the worries/struggles that come with it. My goal is to help individuals connect with their inner strengths and their authentic selves so that they can move forward with living life, instead of just surviving it. I would be honored to be a part of that process for you. My focus is creating a comfortable and therapeutic environment where you are empowered to make positive changes. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and strategies of mindfulness.
