I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in the state of Florida. I earned a Master of Social Work degree specializing in Physical and Mental Health from Baylor University, Texas. Many of my clients find me when they’re feeling discouraged or overwhelmed. They often know they need more support, or that it’s time to make a big change, but they don’t know where to start. I help Teens, Adults and Older adults ages 65+ who struggling with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Sleep Disorders, Eating Disorders, PTSD and unexpected life changes. No matter your background, my goal is for you to feel confident taking on any life challenges that may come your way.   I work from a strengths perspective. You likely have many talents and skills you don’t give yourself credit for. I can help you recognize those, as you identify goals to improve your future.
