I am certified in multiple treatment models for stress, anxiety, depression and trauma and have extensive experience tailoring therapy methods to help adults and families overcome diverse issues. I am a longstanding member of the American Counseling Association (and sub-groups of Wellness, Creativity in Counseling and Neurocounseling) and the American Association of Christian Counselors.
