I am licensed in Texas with 6 years of professional counseling experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression, grief, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, addictions and confidence. It is fundamental to me to treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe it is important to work with what the client defines as problematic. Together, we will explore these problematic areas through the context of relationships, roles, and societal pressures, A unique treatment plan will be designed to reconnect the client with a deeper understanding of the authentic self. A foundational tenet of my work rests on the belief that rediscovering joy entails reconnecting with the core Self and mustering the courage and capacity to authentically express oneself.
