I believe change is never easy or simple, but it’s worth it. It can be painful and heart-breaking at times, but it’s through digging into those hurt places that we truly find healing. I want you to move toward self-acceptance and being able to know your worth is not defined by what others or society believes is true. I am passionate about areas such as self-acceptance, self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and ADHD. I am a hardcore empath who enjoys helping other empaths embrace their gift and share their sensitivity with the world. I offer proven and evidenced based treatments that will help you get back to your desired objective. I am currently working toward my eating disorders certification (CEDS) through iadep, am trained in brainspotting, and am working toward my ADHD-CCDP certification. I am just a fellow human like you. It is my desire to help you in any way I can. I realize how privileged I am to have a glimpse into others’ inner lives and I consider it as such. I know taking this first step is difficult, but I am here to be your cheerleader along the way.
