I am licensed clinical social worker in Tennessee with 4 years of professional work experience. I background is from Vanderbilt University Medical Center as well as fellowship training in Boston, MA. I have experience in many mental health areas from working in an inpatient setting. I especially enjoy helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, eating disorders, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I fully believe that anxiety can be extremely impairing and try to break the thought with clients that it’s “just anxiety”. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
