Hello! I’m glad you’re here. My name is Kelly Johnson and I am licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I’m passionate about a lot of things but truly believe we all have the power to change our lives any time we want. Change is hard, which is why it’s a good idea to get someone else on board to help. That’s where I come in! I believe counseling is a collaborative relationship where you and I work together to identify goals and work towards solutions in a non-judgemental and safe safe. I’ve worked as a therapist for over eight years and feel honored to do this work every day. I am trained in all kinds of treatments including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as trauma specific therapies.
