My name is Kelly, and I try to offer the space to let out what might be trapping you and the space to realize you are not alone. We all carry a lot and do not need to do so on our own. Shame binds us and keeps us from being fully ourselves and fully alive. I want to help you find what needs to be found in order to release shame, to let grace in, and to start walking in freedom. I want to help you rewrite the narratives that might be holding you back. I am thankful to have seven years experience in the field of Social Work. I am a fully licensed Master’s level Social Worker, having earned my MSW from Western Michigan University. I specialize in areas of PTSD, anxiety, depression, spirituality, self-esteem, and work with Adolescents and Children.
