I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I subscribe to a holistic therapeutic approach through the bio-psycho-social-spiritual model and get results by implementing integrative techniques utilizing CBT, REBT, Solution Focused, Person Centered and Trauma Informed. I am nationally certified and graduated from a 60 hour CACREP accredited program. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
