I am licensed in Wisconsin with more than ten years of professional experience. I have specialized experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, birth trauma and perinatal mood disorders, and parenting issues. I am always honored to hold space for my clients, to walk beside you on your unique path to healing. I utilize a wide range of therapy modalities including but not limited to, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic-based therapy, Mindfulness, and Relational-based therapy.
