I am licensed in Wisconsin with over 5 years of professional work experience with clinical mental health therapy. Although I’ve taken a couple years off from providing therapy directly to focus on my family and children, I am very excited to resume here on betterhelp as I have really missed helping others. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression, amongst many other areas. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I find pride in being very flexible, open-minded, and non-judgmental and view therapy as a team approach. I also find humor as one of my favorite traits!
