I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about helping adults navigate, grow, and heal through their mental health struggles. My clinical experiences is focused on treatment clients with issues and concerns related to depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional abuse, relationship issues, substance use disorders, personality disorders, and life-transitions. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My specialties are in cognitive-behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
