I am a Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor in Texas, with almost 20 years of experience working as a counselor and therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting children with special needs, career challenges, and clients who are neuro-divergent. I also have extensive expertise in working with individuals who have experienced a traumatic event, or who have a history of emotional and physical abuse, or have endured complex trauma. I am a person -centered therapist. I believe that if you give people respect, sincere compassion, and a safe to process their feelings and experiences that they will gain insight and clarity that prompts positive change. I incorporate therapeutic techniques that include talk therapy, mindfulness, CBT, and experiential therapies. I will meet you where you are, and we will figure things out together.
