I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with 17 years of professional work experience with persons of different walks of life. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. People come to therapy for various reasons. I am here to help with whatever you are going through. It is an uneasy feeling when you are not feeling your best. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I use a holistic approach to include tapping into your spiritual resources and will engage you in techniques that will get you on the train moving toward being the best you. I want the therapeutic process to be helpful and worthwhile. I am creative and think outside the box; using compassion and a nonjudgmental attitude to develop a working rapport with my clients.
