I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, addictions, and Sexual Identity and Sexual Lifestyle choices, including consensual non monogamy . I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I have also worked with Veterans, Active Duty and Retired Military Members and their Families.
