I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience working with children, families and adults in the San Diego area. As a Therapist and Clinician I have managed crisis situations often, and provided individual, group and family therapy to young children, teens and adults with issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, and loss. I am particularly passionate about working with families with a mindfulness based approach. I currently have a private practice for children and adults in the San Diego area. I offer mindfulness based groups to both teens and adults out of my private practice.
