I specialize in men’s work and relationships. Men carry so much pain that is unspoken. We often do not have an outlet to share this hurt for fear of looking weak by being vulnerable. It takes immense courage to embrace your pain and begin to heal. I provide a space where men can learn to become vulnerable and heal the pain so many of us carry around everyday. I provide a safe, empathic, and clear presence. I am able to offer actionable steps to begin healing and connect more with yourself in order to enhance your life and relationships.
