I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that advocates for relational wellness. I have a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Graduate Certificate in Sports Counseling. My treatment approach involves culturally competent, individualized care that meets the therapeutic goals/objectives of the clients, with which I work. I use Solution-Focused Therapy to help my clients develop tools to arrive at solutions that are helpful to create necessary change. I help clients, who are open to compassionate accountability, change the trajectory of their lives and the lives and the relationships they impact.
