I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Health with a focus on Holistic Health. My practice is focused on developing person-centered goals and supporting individuals through a strength-based approach to making changes towards these goals and improved overall wellness. I have found a passion in working with adults affected by mental illness and trauma using Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and motivational interviewing. I am always looking to be able to offer new ideas and treatment through trainings and personal growth.
