If we think of our lives as journeys, every journey has highlights and pain points… and every experience in between. Despite the pain that can happen as we live our lives, there are ways to enjoy an emotionally satisfying and meaningful life. With over 20 years of clinical practice, I am confident we can find those ways together. My experience includes working with individuals, couples and families who wish to overcome personal and relationship challenges. These challenges often include experiencing depression, anxiety, loneliness, problems with using alcohol or other substances, life changes, loss and grief, stress, conflict and trauma. I help you understand where you are in relation to your goal, what best motivates you and how to proceed.
