Hello! Thanks for looking into me as a potential counselor. I have worked as a counselor since 2015. I have practiced as a mental health counselor, career counselor, academic counselor, and family counselor. I’ve worked to help people with issues from life/career direction issues and workplace issues to anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Additionally, I am a counselor educator so I teach counseling courses to counselors-in-training. I believe there are some common elements of counseling that can help most people grow and overcome challenges. I support your growth by helping you better understand your thoughts and emotions, move towards trusting yourself, honestly and authentically living your life, and supporting you to accept the responsibility for your life direction.
