I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has worked in the Social Work field in many capacities since 2005. I have focused on counseling and therapy since 2013 and worked with clients with a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress management and parenting struggles. I have experience working with people who have experienced trauma, grief and loss. I also have experience working with clients who are exploring sexual and gender identity. My counseling style focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship with the client that allows me the ability to really assess what therapeutic interventions and strategies would work best for them. I believe strongly in open and honest dialogue that allows the client to get their needs meet in an effective and efficient manner. I am a solution focused therapist who uses a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT-informed, Problem Solving and Psycho-dynamic to ensure that you get the treatment you need and deserve.
