I am licensed in California with 12 years of professional work experience in treatment services serving adolescents, young adults, families, and groups. I am a Nationally Certified, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral (TF-CBT) therapist. I received my Master’s from the Boston University School of Medicine with attention to mental health counseling and behavioral medicine. I have extensive experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & anger management. My passion is to enhance voice, choice, connection, and power in the clients that I work with.
