Kristi specializes in helping individuals navigate life transitions that can arise from addiction, health-related issues including peri and postnatal issues, divorce, and aging. She is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and obtained her Cognitive Behavioral Therapy certificate from the Beck Institute. As an avid learner, Kristi continually seeks out new modalities to benefit her clients. Kristi’s approach is strengths-based, with the working knowledge that each client can begin to achieve their goals and heal through the process of personal growth and empowerment. A strong advocate for her clients, Kristi works to assist clients in bolstering strengths, support systems, resiliency, and coping skills.
