For the past 20 years, I have been licensed as a Professional Counselor in New Jersey as well as certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors. I have experience in helping clients with family conflicts, anger management, anxiety, motivation, self esteem and self confidence, communication skills & depression. Please note that my areas of expertise do not include addiction. My clinical background involves training in cognitive behavioral therapy as well as solution-focused therapy. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
