I am a licensed professional counselor in the great state of Texas with 5 years of experience . I have worked with clients ranging from 7 years of age up to adulthood. I also have experience working with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, autism/Asperger’s, mood disorders, impulse control, emotional abuse, trauma, self-regulation, transition and ADHD. My counseling style is calm and interactive. I believe it is important to focus on the client and what they are experiencing and to help them develop skills to manage and thrive. My approach is more eclectic, I tend to combine modalities that best suite the client. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
