My work focuses on decreasing anxious feelings and feelings of sadness while targeting healthy coping skills that work for you. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help you get back to where you were or to where you’d like to be. I have a Master of Science in Counseling, I am EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) trained, and I am a CPT (cognitive processing therapy) approved provider.
