I am dually licensed in North Carolina and Tennessee with 13 years of therapy experience. I work with clients who are dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, grief and loss and life transitions. As a trained relationship therapist I have a special interest in working with infidelity, divorce and blended families. I strive to create an open and safe environment where thoughts, feelings and normal human situations can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
