I am licensed mental health counselor in New York with more than 15 years of professional experience in psychotherapy in various outpatient clinical settings. I continue to work with clients of various ages with a wide range of concerns including depression & anxiety, high stress, college/life transition difficulties, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD management. I also work with many people who are or have experienced physical trauma &/or emotional abuse. My therapy style is warm and interactive and meet clients where they are at. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, art, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy.
