I am a licensed counselor in Louisiana with 17 years of professional therapy experience. I have experience helping clients navigate life’s challenges. I am realist who believes in a strength’s based approach. I often work with clients to improve work/school and life balance, relationships, and parenting issues. Many of my former clients struggled with organization, feelings of self doubt, concentration, memory and focus issues related to anxiety and ADHD. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
