I am an individual and therapist licensed in Colorado with over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, and I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I also work with the LGBTQ community, and especially those that are experiencing gender dysphoria. My counseling style is warm, laid-back, and non-judgemental. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution focused, empowerment. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
