I have experience in helping clients with complex mental and personality struggles, healing from trauma, as well as codependency issues primarily, yet I have built a diverse skill set in many other areas. I believe it is our subconscious that dictates much of our lack of motivation, our shame blockages, our codependent habits, and more. Once we gain access to this, we can build a healthier internal dialogue into our bodies, which will give us access to further embodiment and peace of mind.
