I am licensed in Texas with 10 years experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, and 8 years working in the field of mental health before licensure. My specialty is trauma and PTSD. I am trained in EMDR therapy and I find this technique life changing in overcoming traumatic events, childhood abuse, anxiety issues, and phobias. I also have experience working with helping people learn to focus (ADHD). I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, panic disorder, relationship issues, depression, & concentration.
