Welcome and hello! My Name is Kyle and I am an Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. I am also a nationally board-certified counselor (NCC) and school counselor. I have experience working with children as young as 5 thru adulthood. For more than 10 years I have worked in various settings with children, adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, , relationship and family conflicts, grief and loss, behavioral struggles, emotional difficulty and life transitions. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies, solution-focused, mindfulness and motivational interviewing techniques when providing counseling to individuals. Most importantly I want to build a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship with you, so that you feel empowered to make real change in your life.
