I am licensed in Texas with 3 years of experience as a licensed professional counselor and have worked previously as a chemical dependency counselor for 3 years. I am currently working in a school setting with teenagers and staff in both counseling and crisis management. I am a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid instructor and certified Trauma Informed Care instructor. I help educate others on the importance of mental health and recognizing the signs and symptoms in others. I have experience in helping clients (teens and adults) with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
