I am licensed in New York City and hold a provisional social work license in Florida. I have over twenty five years of inpatient and outpatient experience in the fields of mental health and substance abuse with children, adolescences and adults. My experience is in helping clients with anxiety/stress disorder, substance abuse and trauma related addiction. I use a combination of CBT and trauma informed therapy to help clients improve their insight related to their symptoms. Most people have the capacity, with assistance, to improve their insight to overcome issues and life challenges.
