I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have experience in working with individuals who are experiencing difficulties with: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, PTSD, anger management, relationship issues, couples/marriage/family concerns, life transitions, legal issues, substance abuse, and parenting. The different modalities of treatment that I subscribe to includes: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family/marital therapy, person centered therapy, family system theory, structural family therapy, strengths based therapy, and solution focused brief therapy (SFBT).
