I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Addiction Counselor (LAC) and certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC). I have experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavioral challenges, substance abuse, and self-esteem. Various treatment modalities are utilized to meet the unique needs of everyone and to create a lifestyle of mental, spiritual, emotional and physical health and wellness including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Solution Focus (SF) and Client Centered Therapy (CCT).
