I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s Degree in Community and School Counseling. I use a collaborative, goal-focused approach to help you explore barriers and provide strategies and practices that help you foster self-care, coping skills, and personal growth. I work with teens, young adults, and older individuals. I will create a warm, safe, non judgmental space for you to process, heal, and set manageable goals. I use mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and self-compassionate approaches in my therapy practice. My interests include working with you to help manage stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationships.
