Hi there! My name is Laura Gray. I am a licensed counselor in Idaho with 3 years of professional work experience. My experience has been gained through my training and internships in graduate school. I graduated with honors from Northwest Nazarene University in August of 2023. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I like to incorporate art and other creative interventions in my work with clients.
