For over fifteen years, I have worked with diverse populations including: children, adults, individuals & families addressing various mental health conditions, grief, loss, low self-image, major life events & transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, non judgemental environment to process and heal your pain as well as learn healthy ways to cope with life challenges.
