Welcome! My name is Laura, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with 7 years experience in private practice. I specialize in helping my clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and lowered self esteem. I also assist with co-parenting and family issues. My approach to counseling focuses on health and wellness so that you can have an improved sense of satisfaction and balance in your life. In our work together, we will build on your existing strengths as well as helping you work through your obstacles.
