I am licensed in California with 16 years of professional work experience. I have experience with clients of all ages in the areas of depression, stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, parenting issues, & coping with life changes to name a few. I believe that as long as we are living we have the potential to grow and change. Through this work, I seek to help people realize this potential to achieve meaningful improvement in their lives by guiding them towards meaningful self awareness and acquisition of knowledge and skills to face their challenges with confidence.
