Hi there! I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Indiana with over 7 years of experience working as therapist, both in a brick and mortar setting and virtual setting. I have worked with clients, including youth, adults and families, with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, parenting problems, and trauma. I also have experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior to becoming a therapist, I taught both middle and high school students for 5 years and was an elementary school counselor. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach will tailor to your specific needs, treatment plan, and goals. I have experience with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and person-centered counseling.
