I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also come from an integrative approach that utilizes modalities such as expressive arts, yoga, mindfulness, and ayurveda. My approach to therapy is to look at the whole person.
