I’m a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) in New Jersey with over 20 years experience helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, parenting, motivation, intrusive thoughts, self harm, self esteem, feeling lost, adhd & autism (through a neurodiversity-affirming lens) and big life transitions. My approach is solution-focused and Jungian & Depth-Oriented; blending talk therapy & problem solving with archetypal psychology, shadow work, dream tending (and analysis), and concrete coping skills. I also utilize EMDR and Art Therapy when appropriate. My role as your therapist is largely guided by your goals and your unique story. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and that we all have an innate inner-wisdom about who we are and what we need. And we all could use a little support to illuminate it.
