I am licensed in the State of Florida with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in assisting individuals with various difficulties ranging from helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse and am a specialized provider in addressing anxiety and insomnia-related difficulties. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment, and I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to assist individuals in exploring ways in which the situations going on around them have led to certain thoughts and feelings impacting their behaviors and problems in their day to day lives.
